“China Daily”, an important window for the world to understand China, recently interviewed Hua Chenyu, a singer-songwriter who represents C-pop, and used a special page to report on Hua Chenyu’s Mars concert 2023.
“China Daily” is an English daily newspaper affiliated with the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Its main readers are diplomats, foreigners, tourists and Chinese people who want to improve their English. It has the widest print circulation of any English-language newspaper in China.

“X-MANGO” Inaugural Issue
In March 2022, Hua Chenyu, together with the talented female singer Tan Weiwei and the famous Chinese soprano Lei Jia, participated as a mentor in the music competition program “Flower Bloom in Spring (春天花会开)” aimed at promoting Chinese folk music. The three of them appeared on the cover of the magazine “X-MANGO”’s inaugural issue together.
