1. About the show

The season 6 of the gourmet show “Chef Nic (锋味)” hosted by Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse is titled “People’s Palate (百姓的味道)”. It is a gourmet travel show that looks for local delicacies from various parts of China, explores the common tastes of Chinese people, and showcases the stories of ordinary citizens and the cultures of various places.
EP 10 was filmed in Wuhan, where Hua Chenyu spent his high school and college, so Hua was invited as a guest.

Hua recommended Nicholas Tse to taste his favorite breakfast, and then the two went to the winter pond to experience the work of digging lotus roots.

The program is jointly produced and broadcast by China Jiangsu TV and Youku. EP10 starring Hua Chenyu has been broadcast on January 28, 2022.
